Business Challenge
The client's legacy SQL Server environment was becoming increasingly difficult to manage as the business grew. The organization needed a SQL Server-to-Snowflake migration to improve performance, reliability, and scalability. This resulted in:
- Slow Data Processing: More than 1,000 SQL Server procedures across six business areas were taking longer to run, making it difficult for teams to access data when they needed it.

The Solution
Jade Global partnered with the client to deliver a SQL Server-to-Snowflake migration that modernized its legacy data platform. The project began with a detailed assessment to define the migration strategy, followed by a structured implementation that modernized data pipelines, reporting, and system integrations

- Workflow Optimization: SQL Server Agent jobs were converted into Snowflake Stored Procedures and automated using Snowflake Tasks, with built-in error handling and SLA monitoring.
