The Boomi-powered Solution
Jade Global implemented a comprehensive solution using the Boomi platform that established a complete master data management ecosystem:
- Centralized master data management: Boomi MDH was deployed as the single point for Product and Vendor master data. A Golden Record was created in MDH to act as the trusted source of truth.
- Editing the golden record view Boomi flow: Users edit the golden record and sync up with various downstream systems (SAP S/4 HANA, Vault Quality, Vault Regulatory).
- Single data entry via Boomi flow: Users entered and maintained master data through Boomi Flow’s intuitive interface, ensuring consistency and streamlined data capture.
- Approval process: Users enter the master data of the Vendor, and Products are made accountable and controllable through a workflow.
- Seamless integration with core systems: Using Boomi integrations, the golden records are distributed to SAP S/4HANA, Vault Quality, and Vault RIM, ensuring uniformity across platforms.
