Shalini Bhojwani

As the Head of Talent Acquisition (Americas) at Jade, Shalini heads the people and talent acquisition function for North America. She is one of the primary players committed to fostering a culture that emphasizes inclusiveness, community, collaboration, and innovation at Jade.

Shalini is a PHR and sHRBP certified HR professional and brings 20+ years of transformational HR and Talent management experience in fast paced IT & hi-tech early-stage startups and global companies. She is a strategic thought leader and specializes in building and scaling high-performing teams, innovative recruiting strategies, employee relations, DE&I, process improvement and employee retention initiatives.

Shalini holds a master's degree in human resource management and a bachelor's degree in information technology.
