Jade Global’s Associate VP of CRM, Chris Bright, is attending Dreamforce 2018. Chris oversees Jade’s global delivery team with over 85 certified consultants who design and deliver solutions leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem. “We are passionate about delivering high quality service and Dreamforce provides us with a platform to connect with customers, product specialists and peers to present our newest offerings and customer experiences,” added Chris. Chris has 17 years of experience designing and deploying customer experience, customer support and customer relationship solutions.

Jade Global is excited to announce the successful completion of the first phase of a Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Partner Communities implementation for our California-based AI transportation technology company. The first phase of the project was completed on July 6, 2018. It was delivered in eight weeks, compared to the customer’s previous Salesforce implementations performed over five to six months. “With my experience, such a project would have ideally taken at least 20 to 24 weeks,” explained Kumar Singamsetty, Director of Client Services at Jade Global. “Our offshore and onshore teams’ dedication is to thank for delivering outstanding performance. Our team worked together to pursue excellence,” he stated.
We are currently developing the second phase of the project; a quote-to-install ERP integration. The new system will streamline processes and operational efficiencies for finance, operations, sales and marketing teams.
