Sanjay Karmarkar is the Head of Talent Acquisition - India at Jade Global, where he leads the regional talent acquisition strategy and execution. With over two decades of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, Sanjay brings deep expertise in global hiring, vendor management, campus recruitment, TA branding, and automation.

Before joining Jade Global, Sanjay had a distinguished 17-year career at Persistent Systems, where he held leadership roles in Talent Acquisition across India, North America, Europe, and APAC. He has also worked with companies like Conexant Systems, KPIT Cummins, Texas Instruments, Intel, and Wipro, gaining valuable experience in managing complex hiring operations and building strong talent acquisition functions.

Sanjay holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Education, Pune, and has completed leadership courses from IIM Ahmedabad and the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and aligning talent strategies with business growth.

In his personal time, Sanjay enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter and is a certified Numerologist.
