A 15-year veteran of the Salesforce ecosystem, he has led specialized practices across the High-Tech, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, and Life Sciences industries. Under his leadership, his teams have successfully brought two major, specialized Salesforce products to market, focused on the Med-Device field service, FDA-compliant reporting, and multi-party care management across Payors, Providers, and Pharma. Notably, Raj’s strategic leadership at Cognizant propelled their Salesforce practice to a top-5 global ranking and their Life Sciences Salesforce and Veeva practice to #2 in the ecosystem, while consistently securing leading positions in major analyst rankings, including Gartner, Forrester, IDC, ISG, and Everest.
