Raj Danave is a global business and technology leader with over 33 years of Global System Integrator consulting experience, driving large-scale digital transformation, CRM excellence, and top-line growth. As the Senior Vice President and CRM Service Line Leader at Jade Global, he is responsible for driving the strategic growth, differentiation, and market positioning of Jade Global’s Salesforce business. He focuses on establishing the brand within the ecosystem by leveraging deep analyst relationships, client references, and pioneering new industry accelerators, solutions, and thought leadership.

Throughout his distinguished career, Raj has held practice leadership and executive delivery roles at prestigious organizations, including Cognizant, IBM, Accenture, Capgemini, and EY Consulting. A 15-year veteran of the Salesforce ecosystem, he has led specialized practices across the High-Tech, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, and Life Sciences industries. Under his leadership, his teams have successfully brought two major, specialized Salesforce products to market, focused on the Med-Device field service, FDA-compliant reporting, and multi-party care management across Payors, Providers, and Pharma. Notably, Raj’s strategic leadership at Cognizant propelled their Salesforce practice to a top-5 global ranking and their Life Sciences Salesforce and Veeva practice to #2 in the ecosystem, while consistently securing leading positions in major analyst rankings, including Gartner, Forrester, IDC, ISG, and Everest.

Recognized for his ability to scale global practices from delivery foundations to market-leading positions, Raj is passionate about driving industry-specific innovation and long-term client success. Outside of his professional achievements, he is an avid tennis and pickleball player, a culinary enthusiast, and enjoys traveling and music.
