Kent has a strong track record of leading large-scale modernization initiatives, enabling organizations to simplify operations, enhance experiences, and achieve scalable growth.

Prior to Jade Global, he partnered with global enterprises to deliver high-impact transformation programs across ITSM and ESM landscapes. Kent is known for building high-performing teams, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes through practical, results-driven execution.
