His impressive career includes spearheading finance departments at industry giants like Guidewire Software, Fujitsu, Philips Semiconductor, PwC, and Quick Logic Corporation.
A proud alumnus of Oklahoma State University, David possesses a wealth of international experience spanning Software-as-a-Service, enterprise software, and semiconductor manufacturing. His expertise extends to financial reporting, contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, budgeting, and international tax and operations.
David actively contributes to the community as a Board Member and Treasurer at the Walnut Green Home Owners Association since June 2015. He is also a member of prominent professional organizations, including the Financial Executives Networking Group (FENG), Financial Executives International (FEI), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).
