Sudipta K. Bhattacharjee

As Co-CEO of Jade Global, Sudipta Bhattacharjee leads the company alongside Co-CEO Karan Yaramada, driving Jade Global's growth as an AI-native company. Sudipta has primary responsibility for Jade's day-to-day operating performance. He owns execution of the annual operating plan, bookings and revenue, delivery performance, customer growth and retention, operating efficiency, technology and AI transformation, driving change across the organization, and the company's overall performance.

Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Sudipta is focused on executing the company's strategic priorities: expanding strategic accounts, strengthening industry and technology capabilities, developing new AI-led offerings, investing in talent and leadership, and building the operating model to support Jade Global's long-term growth. Since joining Jade Global a decade ago, he has been instrumental, together with the leadership team, in growing the company sixfold. Most recently, as Chief Growth Officer, he led the company's strategic accounts and built long-term relationships with its most important clients.

Sudipta brings more than three decades of IT services experience, including over 20 years in senior leadership roles at Siemens, Atos, HPE, TCS, and L&T. He has led corporate strategy, organization development, company P&L, sales, and M&A, winning and delivering large engagements across industries from Hi-Tech, Aerospace, and Energy to Banking and Insurance.

Sudipta holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India.
