As the Chief Growth Officer, Sudipta is in-charge of the global P& L for Jade Global. He is responsible for managing Client Services and driving the company-wide revenue and margin goals. Sudipta joined Jade Global in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.
Sudipta is an IT Transformation Leader with 28+ years of successful track record in IT services industry – including 20+ years of senior leadership experience in Tier 1 organizations such as Siemens, ATOS, Hewlett Packard, Tata Consultancy Services and Larsen & Toubro. He has extensive experience in creating and implementing business strategies, sales and sales management, global delivery, business development, organization development, technology strategy, service management, practice management, analyst relations and M&A. Sudipta comes with strong expertise in strategizing, winning and delivering large global engagements across diverse industry segments such as Oil & Gas, Transportation, Automotive, Aerospace, Hi-Tech, Communications, Payment Systems, Banking and Insurance. Prior to Jade Global, Sudipta managed a $200M+ global P&L and a 1000+ member delivery team located in North America, India, Poland, Argentina and Brazil. Sudipta earned his bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, India.
