An alumna of Columbia Business School, Payal brings 17 years of deep expertise in software marketing and IT services. She joined Jade Global in March 2022 and leads the global marketing organization with a focus on driving demand, building brand equity, and scaling go-to-market motion across North America and APAC.
Prior to Jade Global, Payal served as Digital Marketing Head at Cherry Road Technologies, where she built a high-performing digital demand generation engine. Before that, she held multiple leadership roles in marketing with companies including Avalara, Shop Socially, Faichi Solutions and The Times of India, gaining cross-functional experience in content marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, events & PR, corporate branding and account-based marketing.
At Jade Global, Payal leads global launches of strategic solutions and cultivates high-impact marketing teams across continents. She is committed to guiding the narrative when technology meets business outcomes, and typically works at the intersection of product, GTM and market intelligence.
She earned her MBA from the University of Pune and a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University. Outside of work she’s a passionate travel-enthusiast and active LinkedIn blogger, sharing her insights on the evolving tech-services and SaaS marketing landscape.
