Chief Customer Success Officer

Karin joined Jade Global in 2019, as the Chief Customer Success Officer. In this role, she is the ‘Voice of Customer’ or ‘Customer Advocate’. She is a key member of the executive team and works directly with the sales and delivery executives and their teams to implement programs and processes that continuously enhance the customer’s experience with Jade Global.

Karin is an acknowledged results oriented, customer focused consulting executive with 30 years of experience helping customers address business challenges through technology-enabled business process changes. Her experience, from both the consulting and the customer side, gives her a balanced perspective of the customer expectations.

Prior to returning to Jade Global, she held executive positions at KPMG/BearingPoint and Oracle driving global sales and delivery teams. At Avero Consulting Group, she partnered with C-level management team members to manage programs that included a range of strategy, organizational and technology projects.
