Chief Technology & Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Arun Menon is the Chief Technology & Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Jade Global, where he leads the company's technology innovation agenda and oversees day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization.

Prior to this role, Arun served as Chief Delivery Officer at Jade Global. Since joining the company in October 2017, he has been instrumental in scaling operations and driving strategic growth.

Before Jade Global, Arun spent over 24 years at Tech Mahindra in senior leadership roles spanning delivery management, presales, and sales across multiple geographies. During his tenure, he worked with clients in more than 19 countries and led business units across diverse regions — building deep expertise in market expansion, account growth, and organizational scaling. He began his career at Larsen & Toubro and comes with a strong foundation in engineering and technology.

Arun holds a B.Tech with Honors in Computer Science & Engineering and a Management degree in Business Finance. He has also completed the Global Program for Management Development (GPMD) at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
