Knowledge by ServiceNow is the largest conference of IT professionals using Cloud services for Enterprise IT service automation. This year, the conference was held at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas from May 7-10th, 2018. Jade Global’s ServiceNow subject matter experts spent the week at Booth 1226 meeting a variety of business and finance leaders from diverse industries including oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing, the public sector, food and beverage, and medical services. 2018 marked the fifth year that Jade Global sponsored the event, and with each year we have continued to increase our digital cloud technologies footprint.
The ServiceNow practice at Jade Global is headed by Vikas Kapoor, Sr. Consulting Manager, and Rajesh Mudili, AVP Client Services. Overseeing the business unit is Sudipta Bhattacharjee, Executive VP and Deepak Dhama, VP, Technology Services. Vikas, Rajesh, Deepak, and members of our sales and marketing team spent the week engaging with booth attendees and discussing Jade’s ITSM ServiceNow partnership. We had conversations with both current and potential ServiceNow users about standardizing processes and measuring effectiveness, along with the customer experience for ServiceNow implementations, consulting, managed services, and integration. Jade’s Knowledge18 booth would not have been complete without an array of Las Vegas-themed games and prizes. Conference attendees played our Plinko game, where everyone walked away with a prize. Our prizes included fidget spinners, cell phone pop sockets, and fun dice-shaped jelly bean candy.
