Karan Yaramada, Chief Executive Officer

Karan Yaramada has served as Jade Global’s Chief Executive Officer for 10 years, leading the company towards a vision of bringing cost effective, dependable, utility-based IT services to customers. Under Karan’s leadership, Jade Global has established an impeccable track record in executing IT projects, serving more than 100 customers in the last 10 years and managing more than 300 projects without failure.

Prior to founding Jade Global in 2003, Karan held Senior Management positions with KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint and Tata Consultancy Services and Senior Consulting positions with General Electric and J&J Companies giving him 20 years of experience in the consulting industry. During his consulting tenure, Karan successfully managed complex global programs/projects in deploying ERP, CRM, and Supply Chain solutions for large global companies, improving the bottom-line and paving the way for the enablement of significant growth in aligning technology with business. Karan was instrumental in developing rapid and repeatable implementation methodologies at KPMG Consulting.

Karin Maday, Chief Customer Officer

As Chief Customer Officer at Jade Global, Karin’s primary focus is to oversee all activities related to Business Development, Service Delivery and Solution Engineering; she is involved in the acquisition of new customers, growing existing customers, accelerating overall company growth and enhancing customer experience throughout its lifecycle. As a process-oriented, strong leader, Karin successfully blends superior customer experiences with customer profitability.

Prior to joining Jade Global, Karin has acquired 35 years of industry, software product management, and consulting service experience. During her tenure, Karin has held Service Consulting Senior Leadership positions at Avero Consulting, Oracle and KPMG/BearingPoint. She has worked directly with client executive teams to define strategic use of Oracle products and has established governance models to effectively implement those strategies. She has rich experience in managing and building effective Sales and Delivery Teams, as well as identifying and developing repeatable solutions to client business needs.

Sandeep Suryavanshi, Chief Operating Officer

Sandeep Suryavanshi joined Jade Global as Chief Operating Officer in 2013. Sandeep is responsible for spearheading the growth story for Jade Global with responsibility for Product Engineering and AMS business lines. Sandeep also heads the India Operations for Jade Global. With over 20 years of strategic leadership experience in the Media, Automotive Manufacturing, Hi-Tech and Software Product Development and IT Services industries, he brings a unique blend of vision, direction, and business strategy acumen to create sustainable, world-class business processes.

Prior to joining Jade Global, Sandeep served as Global Chief Information Officer at Zensar Technologies where he instituted a transformational global IT strategy that improved operational efficiency, integrated ISO 20000 standards and enabled business growth organically and through acquisition. Sandeep also worked at D-Link as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Tech Support where he was responsible for the turnaround of the global technical support business. Sandeep also spent 13 years in PTC prior to that, playing senior management roles in IT and R&D functions and played a key role in building PTC’s presence in India.

Anant Soni, Executive Vice President of Client Services

Anant Soni is the Executive Vice President of Client Services. With over 8 years at Jade Global, he is responsible for setting up and growing Jade’s Offshore Delivery facilities in Pune and Noida, India. Anant continues to drive Jade Global’s onshore team in the U.S. and is currently operating out of Jade Global’s headquarters in San Jose, California.

Prior to joining Jade Global, Anant had acquired 20 years of extensive experience in global consulting, offshore delivery, IT, supply chain, manufacturing, BPR and project management. He had gained his experience through prior organizations, such as BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) in the Silicon Valley while delivering Oracle E-Business solutions for many clients in and around the US across many verticals. Anant has also been a subject matter expert/project advisor for global Oracle eBusiness implementations, providing functional, technical, and process leadership.

Kevin Koenig, Vice President of Business Development

Kevin Koenig is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Jade Global. Kevin, the company’s key evangelist, and his Business Development team work with companies throughout the U.S. to create an awareness of Jade Global’s capabilities in helping clients solve their business problems.

Collectively, Kevin has over 30 years of experience in management, Sales, Marketing & Business Development. Prior to joining Jade Global, Kevin held the role of Senior VP of Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Nehemiah Corporation, where he held a significant track record in high growth situations such as record revenue of $625M, surpassing 360% YOY growth. Kevin’s background also includes a role as Director of Major Accounts for IKON Office Solutions, where he led Western Region’s $305M major account sales effort featuring IKON’s premiere product lines, achieving top regions honors.

Encouraging a Positive Impact on Education and the Environment

An active corporate social responsibility policy is a significant part of Jade Global’s core values because we sincerely believe that applying new strategies for building a better future goes much beyond business interests. Jade Global’s corporate social responsibility program is thus aimed at action that encourages a positive impact on both education and the environment.

Educating needy students in India

Jade Global provides financial assistance to meritorious students from underprivileged communities to pursue their educational dreams. Jade Global specifically provides scholarships to students from KIT’s College of Engineering, D.K.T.E's Textile and Engineering Institute and the Government College of Engineering, Karad. In addition to scholarships, Karan Yaramada, Jade Global’s CEO provides valuable guidance to students on career choices.

At another level, Jade Global encourages students to complete their curriculum and gives them opportunities to smoothly transition into a career in the world of IT. As part of this this project sponsorship initiative for BE and MCA students, Jade Global provided each individual with project guidance for a duration of three months. This initiative involved selecting five teams from three colleges in Kolhapur, Maharashtra (India) and sponsoring each of their projects. There was positive response from the students, who gained from the opportunity of working with industry experts and acquiring relevant experience via their project work.

Providing disaster relief in the US

Last year, Hurricane Sandy’s winds, rains and flood waters brought in its wake devastation and uncertainty to the lives of millions of people affected across 16 states in the Eastern United States. Jade Global took the initiative in assisting the American Red Cross in its large-scale efforts across North Eastern United States to clean-up the damage that resulted from Hurricane Sandy. Jade Global encouraged its employees to contribute to the relief fund and as a company, made matching contributions to the fund.
